Quality

The quality and organization are the basic principles underlying the philosophy of BIODOURO.
The continuous effort in training and vocation to provide fully reliable services, has allowed today their company of hygiene, disinfection, decontamination and Industrial Cleaning, to occupy one of the leading places in the Portuguese panorama.

BIODOURO, throughout its history had in mind that the guarantee of the future of the company lies in its openness to the world disinfection / disinfestation, entering it in a high level of competitive markets, which requires a constant improvement in the quality of their services.

In a market as competitive as the current is not enough to work with an excellent quality, but, in any company, it is required to monitor their customers with a range of support services, in particular as regards the constant search for rationalization and costs reduction costs that are regularly presented.

In BIODOURO, we have very clear this principle, and for that our customers know they can have their own businessmen with a high level of technical training, and a customer care service, still relying on a quality department that is in constant communication with the client.

In BIODOURO, the final quality acceptance starts on the first contact and, from that moment, the implication in this goal is full by all sectors of the company.

Environment

Currently, BIODOURO has a technical team well prepared, trained and with a technical know-how acquired over the years. So it has the technical capacity on an European level, based on teams with annual training in new technologies, products, equipment and new operating methods.
Always getting their products and equipment to national and international companies reputable, always offering and providing safety / technical data sheets of all its bio-degradable, environmentally friendly and properly approved materials.
In fact it would be incompatible with the thought of BIODOURO a policy that was not extraordinarily respectful of the environment.
